FERMENTED "IVAN CHAI" TEA

Gederam's tea is often called "Ivan Chai" (Ivan Tea, Ivan Čaj, Иван-чай).
Due to its similarity in taste, unfermented reed bark tea is often compared to green tea, while fermented reed bark tea is similar to black tea. Fermented teas are popular in several cultures, with some of the most well-known varieties including Pu-erh tea from China and Dark tea from China and other regions. PREPARATION:

Pour 1 teaspoon of tea into 200 ml of hot water (85 °C) and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
To bring out the best properties of the tea, drink it 30 minutes before breakfast
meal, 1-3 times a day. Drink a glass of water before consuming the tea.
